Overview

Harbor Network is searching for a Church Planting & Multiplication Coordinator to support the organization's efforts to support church planters, church leaders and churches in our network. This person will help move our vision forward (to plant 125 new thriving churches between 2020 and 2025). This individual will also help us, more broadly, increase the number of thriving churches across the United States.

This person should be organized, consistent (but also flexible), trustworthy, self-motivated, and have administrative gifts. In other words, this person should love the details but not get too hung up on them. This person should be able to communicate clearly, creatively, professionally, and proactively. This person should be comfortable using a computer and a multitude of software programs (i.e., Evernote, Gmail, Google Business Suite, Zoom, Slack, are examples). This person should be compassionate, confident, and easy-going and have the ability to work independently.
