Harbor Network Sunday

A network-wide celebration of church launching, renewal, and multiplication

To help share the vision of how God can work through your church in this way, you are invited to join churches from across the network for Harbor Network Sunday. This time of celebration and inspiration is specifically designed to ignite in your people a passion for launching and multiplying thriving churches so that more people in more places can experience life-changing renewal that comes only through Jesus Christ.

How can we participate?

During the months of November and/or April, dedicate one weekend to highlight church launching, leading, and multiplication — what it is, why it’s important and why your church is involved — and your partnership with Harbor Network.

Below lays out the steps to make it easy to participate:

pick a Sunday

Pick a Sunday your church will participate. Many churches schedule a week in both November and April, but choose a date(s) that works best for your church. Please complete the form below.

plan the service

Plan your service. Use the resources below, including the in-service video, graphics, printables and more that you can use leading up to, during, and after the service.

promote the Partnership

Promote Harbor Network Sunday in your church. Use the resources to let your church know about the weekend in advance and during your gathering.

Participate with others

Participate in Harbor Network Sunday. (If you haven’t, please complete the form above on this page to let us know your church will be participating.)

Every person and every community need a church. But even in the United States, many people have never heard of God’s love for them and have nobody to tell them. Launching new churches is one of the best ways to make sure people can meet, know and follow Jesus. Join us on [DATE] for Harbor Network Sunday [or Church Planting Sunday] as we discuss how God can use us through church planting.

LONGER VERSION:

Did you know that with 200 million people who do not attend church and have no knowledge of the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ, the United States is one of the world’s four largest unchurched nations? When Jesus said to go into all the world and share the gospel, that included going across the street, into nearby communities or even around the world. 

One of the best ways to reach others with the gospel is to launch new churches. We’ll talk about our church’s role in spreading the gospel through church planting during our worship services on [DATE].
